🔧 What you’ll be doing

  • ✨ Lead meaningful discovery conversations to uncover partner goals, challenges, and success measures
  • 🎯 Help partners define clear recovery standards and continuity strategies that make sense for their business
  • 📦 Shape scalable service offerings that MSPs can confidently sell and deliver
  • 🤝 Bring together internal experts and vendors to create tailored, high-impact solution conversations
  • 🚀 Guide partners from initial interest through to adoption and operational readiness
  • 📢 Create momentum via webinars, campaigns, and events that generate real opportunities
  • 📊 Own your pipeline with strong Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and follow-through
  • 📈 Support long-term partner growth by helping them prove and improve their continuity maturity

✅ What you’ll bring

You’ll likely bring demonstrated experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within cloud, SaaS, or partner ecosystems. You’re naturally curious, ask great questions, and simplify complex ideas into clear business value.
You’re comfortable connecting technical concepts like backup and recovery to real-world business risk and outcomes. You’ve handled multi-stakeholder conversations and know how to align different perspectives toward a common goal.
You’re proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft 365, and bring a structured approach to managing opportunities. Exposure to continuity, disaster recovery, or building scalable service offerings is a bonus—but your mindset and adaptability are what matter most.

💰 Salary & Benefits

On-target earnings: $92,000 per year or higher (dependent on level and experience)

🛡 Background checks
