🧾 What You’ll Be Doing
- 🌐 Manage full-cycle payroll operations across multiple countries with precision and accountability
- ✅ Validate, reconcile, and prepare payroll inputs in partnership with internal stakeholders
- 🔍 Review third-party payroll outputs, identifying discrepancies and driving resolution
- 📅 Maintain payroll schedules and ensure all deadlines are consistently met
- ⚠️ Proactively identify and escalate risks impacting payroll accuracy or timelines
- 🤝 Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- 📊 Support audits and maintain compliance with local statutory requirements
- 🔄 Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
- 📚 Maintain accurate documentation and share knowledge across the team

🧠 What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience working with third-party payroll providers
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with modern payroll systems such as Workday or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles
- Confident communicator, able to explain payroll concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Independent problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios
