⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Partner closely with sales teams to design and position Modern Workplace solutions that solve real business challenges
🔹 Act as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them through Microsoft-centric cloud journeys
🔹 Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and technical conversations that inspire confidence and drive adoption
🔹 Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
🔹 Support partners in building scalable, profitable cloud practices
🔹 Stay ahead of industry trends, especially across AI, security, and productivity platforms
🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner experiences

✅ What You Bring
🔹 Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or solutions-focused role
🔹 Strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, particularly Microsoft ecosystems
🔹 Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
🔹 Extensive experience working with partners or customers to design cloud solutions
🔹 Commercial awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business value
🔹 Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
🔹 Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI-driven solutions

🎁 Salary & Benefits:

• Sweden: SEK530,000 - SEK760,000 plus SEK230,000 OTE (uncapped)

• UK: £40,000 - £60,000 plus £16,000 OTE (uncapped)

🔍 Background Checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
