• 🤝 Build trusted, long-term relationships with MSP partners, becoming their go-to advisor
• 📈 Drive partner growth through strategic planning, commercial insight, and marketplace adoption
• ☁️ Champion Pax8’s cloud solutions across security, infrastructure, and productivity
• 🎯 Identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and deliver against shared success goals
• 🧠 Collaborate closely with vendor, technical, and enablement teams to unlock partner value
• 🚀 Support partners as they scale their businesses using Pax8’s platform, tools, and programs

🧩 What you’ll bring

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience managing and growing commercial client or partner relationships
• Substantial knowledge of cloud solutions, SaaS, or the IT services ecosystem
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and close growth opportunities
• Confident communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for partner success
