✅ What helps you thrive in this role

• Proven capability in forecasting, budgeting, and board-ready storytelling -communicating complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiences.

• Substantial strategic finance partnering experience in fast-moving, commercial environments - proven ability to partner with business leaders - balancing challenge and collaboration while building deep trust

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), performance management, and translating strategy into measurable financial priorities.

• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin, and deal structuring — able to bring rigor to growth conversations without slowing momentum.

• Confidence building cash flow and liquidity models, and using key performance indicators (KPIs) to explain performance and unlock action.

• Comfort operating in ambiguity with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high-stakes decisions.

• Considerable skill in financial modelling and evaluating investment returns in fast-moving environments

• Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA / ACA / CFA) preferred

• Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
