🎯 The Role

As Manager, Regional Sales DACH, you’ll lead a team of Channel Account Managers to execute the Sales Playbook and Go-To-Market strategy across Pax8’s programs, products, events, Academy, and services. You’ll be at the centre of regional performance - driving results, developing talent, and working cross-functionally.

  • Deep understanding of the German MSP market, business‑to‑partner (B2P) selling, and market development.

  • A track record of being results-driven, accountable, and commercially successful

  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets

💰 Salary & Benefits

Depending on experience a potential of on target earning salary of up to €150,000.00

📍 Location & ways of working – Munich

This role is based in Munich, with a hybrid working pattern. You’ll spend meaningful time collaborating in person with colleagues 1day a week, while also having the flexibility to work from home.

In the first 60 days, a stronger in-office presence will help you build relationships, create team alignment, and get up to speed quickly. As the main stakeholder group and wider team are based in Frankfurt, regular time in the Frankfurt office will be especially valuable during the onboarding period. We’re therefore looking for someone with flexibility to spend more time there at the beginning.
