What you’ll do
Drive strategic execution — Support high‑priority regional initiatives by bringing clarity to goals, timelines, and dependencies while keeping execution aligned to business priorities.
🤝 Connect teams and leaders — Enable seamless collaboration across operations, analytics, finance, and corporate partners through crisp updates and decision‑ready materials.
🔍 Surface risks and solve problems — Identify execution challenges early, structure complex issues, and help unblock progress with thoughtful analysis and follow‑through.
📊 Turn data into insight — Translate performance signals and readiness indicators into clear, concise written insights leaders can act on.
🔁 Strengthen operating rhythm — Reinforce planning discipline and help evolve how work is coordinated as the business continues to scale.

What you bring
✅ Demonstrated experience supporting strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or business operations work
✅ Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex dependencies
✅ Strong analytical thinking with comfort navigating ambiguity and trade‑offs
✅ Confidence working with data, dashboards, and performance indicators to inform action
✅ Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills
✅ Highly organised, proactive, and curious — with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $94,000/yr to $135,000/yr depending on experience.

Background checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
