You’ll help ensure Pax8’s most important regional priorities move forward with confidence. By improving visibility, alignment, and execution quality, your work will directly influence business outcomes and leadership decision making.
✅ Demonstrated experience supporting strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or business operations work
✅ Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex dependencies
✅ Strong analytical thinking with comfort navigating ambiguity and trade‑offs
✅ Confidence working with data, dashboards, and performance indicators to inform action
✅ Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills
✅ Highly organised, proactive, and curious — with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $94,000/yr to $135,000/yr depending on experience.
