🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- 🧠 Act as a senior technical leader designing and evolving enterprise identity and access governance frameworks
- 🔐 Architect secure, automation-first solutions across identity platforms, SaaS tools, and business systems
- ⚙️ Build and maintain event-driven, API-based provisioning and lifecycle automation
- 🚨 Lead complex incident resolution and serve as an escalation point for cross-system challenges
- 📐 Establish standards for reliability, security, monitoring, and automation resilience
- 🧩 Partner with Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to translate strategy into working systems
- 📚 Create high-quality technical documentation supporting operational sustainability and audit readiness
- 🌱 Mentor engineers, share best practices, and influence long-term technical direction

✅ What You’ll Bring
- Substantial expertise in enterprise systems engineering, identity platforms, and access governance
- Proven experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Demonstrated hands-on capability with Microsoft Entra ID, including lifecycle management and access governance
- Strong background in automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and least-privilege access models
- Extensive automation experience using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, workflow orchestration tools, and APIs
- Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and automated environments
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and influence
- Clear, confident communication across engineering and leadership audiences
