- 🧠 Lead structured, consultative discovery to understand partner goals, risks, and success measures
- 🔄 Help partners define meaningful recoverability standards, including priorities, targets, and testing approaches
- 📦 Shape repeatable continuity service packages that MSPs can confidently sell and operate
- 🖥️ Coordinate tailored demonstrations with Solutions Engineers and vendor experts
- ✅ Guide ordering and early adoption to ensure readiness and measurable outcomes
- 📣 Drive scalable engagement through webinars, events, and campaigns that convert interest into action
- 📊 Maintain disciplined opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
- 🗺️ Support rollout planning that proves operational value and advances continuity maturity

- Proven consultative selling or advisory skills in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical recovery capabilities into business‑level outcomes
- Considerable curiosity or experience in backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts
- Strong discovery and questioning skills that simplify complex topics
- Comfort coordinating conversations across partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Sound judgment when aligning solutions to workload needs, risk profiles, and partner maturity
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and MSP business models
- High learning agility and enthusiasm for new technology, including AI‑enabled tools

Compensation:
OTE : $92,000/yr or higher dependent on level and experience
