🚀 We’re Hiring at Pax8 – Vendor Product Analyst (On-site, Makati PH)

This role is all about building strong vendor relationships and ensuring seamless integration into the Pax8 ecosystem. You’ll be the primary owner of operational, technical, and order-to-cash processes with our vendors—driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation every step of the way.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Lead product addition/update projects (pricing, API integrations, training, etc.)
• Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor operational issues post-onboarding
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Support, Sales, and more
• Provide updates on vendor projects during weekly cross-functional meetings
• Collaborate with the Vendor Launch team to ensure smooth onboardings

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in project management, operations, business analysis, or vendor management
• 2+ years of meeting facilitation experience
• Experience with API integrations (preferred)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with urgency and precision
• Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CompTIA Project+ are a plus
