• 🤝 Champion people-first leadership by coaching and mentoring Employee Experience Business Partners and supporting their professional growth

• 🧭 Partner with leaders and employees on complex people matters, guiding them through the full employee journey with confidence and care

• 🎯 Support organisational effectiveness through performance management, engagement initiatives, succession planning, and culture-building work

• 🌱 Enable growth and development by collaborating on learning pathways, leadership development, and career progression programmes

• 📊 Leverage insights and data to identify trends, improve engagement, and propose thoughtful, forward-looking solutions

• 🔧 Shape scalable people processes by designing, improving, and embedding programs that support Pax8’s business objectives

• 🤖 Support modern ways of working, including OKR adoption and people-focused technology initiatives

• Substantial experience partnering with leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence peers through expertise rather than authority

• Proven success driving people programs end-to-end with autonomy and accountability

• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance frameworks, and regulatory considerations

• Confidence using data to inform decisions and tell compelling people stories

• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset

• High levels of integrity, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment

✅ Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial). Compensation

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of:
💰 $125,000 to $140,000 or more, depending on experience.
