- 🌐 Lead a portfolio of AI-powered revenue intelligence and enablement programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
- 📈 Translate strategic GTM priorities into clear roadmaps, scalable programs, and executive-ready narratives
- 🤖 Own and evolve Pax8’s AI enablement ecosystem, including Salesforce AI and Agentforce, Data Cloud, Azure Foundry, and Copilot integrations
- 🔁 Drive adoption of personalized, just-in-time enablement experiences and automated workflows across revenue teams
- 📊 Build intelligence frameworks that connect enablement activity directly to acquisition, retention, and expansion outcomes
- 🤝 Act as a trusted partner across GTM, Enablement, Product, IT, and Data/AI teams to accelerate transformation
- 🧩 Oversee key technology vendors and partners, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and ROI
- 👥 Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team with clear capacity planning and execution governance

💰 Compensation & benefits
Salary range: $145,000/yr – $185,000/yr USD, plus equity participation.
