Microsoft Success Manager – Security

Why This Role Is Exciting?

This is a high-impact, partner-facing role at the intersection of Microsoft Security, community building, and growth. You’ll become a trusted voice for Microsoft security solutions, helping partners succeed while developing your own capability alongside Pax8’s accelerating security journey.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Champion Microsoft security solutions across the M365 security stack, helping partners confidently position and adopt them

  • Act as the execution engine for partner success strategies, supporting a defined portfolio of ANZ partners

  • Deliver and co-present workshops, webinars, briefings, and enablement sessions focused on Security and AI adoption

  • Help partners activate more customers, expand existing customer usage, and support renewals

  • Embed a consistent rhythm of engagement with partners and Microsoft stakeholders

  • Drive demand generation activities across campaigns, events, and digital channels

  • Use Microsoft tools and insights to uncover growth opportunities and guide partner conversations

Your Impact

Your work directly accelerates partner growth, increases adoption of high-value Microsoft security workloads, and strengthens Pax8’s position as the partner-first marketplace. You’ll help partners sell smarter, secure more customers, and grow lasting Microsoft practices.

What You’ll Bring?

  • Demonstrated experience in IT sales, partner enablement, marketing, or business development

  • Exposure to cybersecurity or security-minded technical environments, Microsoft or otherwise

  • A strong interest in Microsoft Security, with commitment to achieving relevant certifications early

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate complex ideas simply

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to different partner needs

  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for learning and community building

Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
