Microsoft Success Manager – AI Workforce

What You’ll Be Doing?
You’ll focus on enabling existing Microsoft partners to drive adoption, activation, and expansion of AI capabilities within the Microsoft stack — with a particular emphasis on Microsoft 365 Copilot.

  • Execute partner growth plays by turning Microsoft-focused strategies into practical, repeatable actions that help partners create demand and activate customers

  • Run enablement moments that matter including workshops, briefings, webinars and campaigns that strengthen partner capability and confidence

  • Mobilise partner go-to-market by helping partners shape compelling offers, packages and messaging around top customer scenarios

  • Guide partners through Microsoft programs and resources so they can unlock value from tooling, incentives and campaigns built to scale partner success

  • Use Microsoft targeting insights to identify customer opportunities, spark new conversations, and support upsell and cross-sell motions

  • Build a consistent engagement rhythm with partners and internal stakeholders to track progress, keep momentum, and improve program utilisation

  • Support key lifecycle moments such as renewals and Microsoft-led calls to action, working closely with relevant Microsoft partner teams

  • Continuously upskill in Microsoft AI through certifications, structured learning, and collaboration with internal and global Microsoft teams

The impact you’ll make
You’ll help partners sell and deliver Microsoft AI solutions more effectively — unlocking stronger customer activation, broader solution adoption, and greater value per customer. Your work will lift partner confidence, create repeatable engagement patterns, and directly influence Pax8’s success across reach, frequency and yield within our Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring?

  • Proven experience in partner-facing sales, marketing, enablement, or business development within the IT or cloud ecosystem

  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape and what drives partner growth and capability

  • Familiarity with Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot (you’re curious, fast-learning, and confident speaking to value)

  • Confidence facilitating workshops, webinars or briefings — or strong potential to grow into this quickly

  • Ability to turn strategy into action: building plans, running outreach, and executing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Comfortable navigating complexity, juggling priorities, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned

  • A relationship-first approach: empathetic, credible, and able to influence without authority

  • Commitment to complete an applicable Microsoft certification within your first 90 days (for example: foundational Microsoft, security, or cloud certifications)
