What you bring

• Substantial experience leading technology or IT service delivery teams with accountability for service outcomes
• Proven expertise in incident and request management, operational readiness, and continual improvement
• Demonstrated ability to use operational metrics to guide decision‑making and improvement investment
• Experience governing automation initiatives, working closely with engineering or platform teams
• Strong people leadership capability with a coaching mindset and commitment to quality
• Collaborative, systems‑thinking approach with confidence influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
