What you’ll be doing

Orchestrating executive schedules — Ensuring leaders are where they need to be with well‑structured calendars, prioritised commitments, and seamless meeting flow.
🧭 Overseeing complex travel — Coordinating end‑to‑end itineraries with precision, clarity, and efficiency.
📬 Managing communications — Streamlining inboxes, drafting messaging, and enabling fast, informed decision‑making.
📊 Preparing leaders for key moments — Creating agendas, assembling materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring executives walk into every meeting ready to lead.
🤝 Partnering in meetings — Capturing actions, facilitating follow‑ups, and supporting clear accountability.
💼 Driving operational excellence — Overseeing expenses, coordinating events, and enabling smooth execution across multiple initiatives.
🗂️ Supporting document and presentation creation — Helping craft polished communications and reports that reflect Pax8 quality.

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $54,803 to $78,290, Or more depending on experience.

Background checks
