What you’ll be doing
Build trusted, long-term relationships with PAC members and top-tier MSPs worldwide — hosting virtual sessions, regional engagements, in-person meetups, and community moments that keep members connected and inspired.
Craft a compelling vision for global PAC engagement, shaping programs that elevate partner influence, bring forward emerging trends, and embed Managed Intelligence and AI-driven insights into our council experience.
Support the wider channel community by amplifying engagement at industry events, facilitating conversations, and helping scale a thriving PAC network, including alumni and advocacy layers.
Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, product, and global operations to ensure PAC insights directly inform initiatives, strengthen partner experience, and support smarter decision-making.
Champion clear communication and alignment with individual contributors, supporting their growth, navigating challenges, and guiding them in translating partner feedback into meaningful strategic action.

- Substantial experience cultivating relationships across diverse stakeholders, especially within MSP or services‑driven environments.
- Proven ability to guide high‑impact programs, orchestrate complex events, and unify global communities.
- Strong influencing skills with the presence to navigate executive conversations and translate partner insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global teams, driving alignment and championing partner‑led thinking.
- Comfort with tools such as Salesforce, Cvent, or insight/engagement platforms, plus a curiosity for how AI elevates decision‑making and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills — with the confidence to represent Pax8 at events and act as a credible voice in the MSP community.
