As Senior Channel Account Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of high‑value MSP partners across Germany, playing a critical role in Pax8’s continued growth in the DACH region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale through consultative engagement, multi‑quarter planning, and strategic expansion across the Pax8 ecosystem.
This is a senior, impact‑driven role suited to someone who understands the German MSP landscape deeply, knows how to develop markets, and thrives in building long‑term, commercially meaningful partner relationships.

🔍 What you’ll be doing day to day
In this Senior Channel Account Manager role, you’ll blend commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and storytelling to help MSPs & MIP’s grow. For example, you will Act as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of MSP & MIP partners, understanding their business models, margins, and service gaps, then shaping cloud and security‑led solutions that move the needle for them and their customers.
Own and manage the full sales cycle from identifying new opportunities in partner books of business, through multi‑stakeholder engagement, to closing high‑value, recurring revenue deals.
Lead complex conversations that bring together business owners, technical leaders, and commercial stakeholders tailoring your message to each while keeping everyone aligned on the same outcome.
Identify and unlock upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by spotting patterns in how partners currently operate and where they can level up their offerings or pricing.
Collaborate with our internal experts (solution consultants, technical pre‑sales, professional services, and alliance teams) to design compelling, secure, and scalable solutions and to make sure you’re never walking into a big conversation alone.
Leverage data and your funnel to run a disciplined 30/60/90‑day pipeline, prioritising high‑impact opportunities and constantly refining where you focus your time.

Shape how MSPs & MIP’s talk to their own customers about risk, resilience, and growth, often joining those conversations directly as a trusted voice at the table.
Influence how Pax8 shows up in the market by using our enablement ecosystem in smart, creative ways that competitors struggle to match.
This role is a platform for future strategic or enterprise‑level opportunities if that’s the direction you want to grow in.
🧩 What helps you thrive in this role
Substantial experience within the German MSP, cloud, SaaS, or channel ecosystem, managing revenue‑bearing partner portfolios.
Deep understanding of the German MSP market, business‑to‑partner (B2P) selling, and market development.
Native-level German and excellent English communication skills.
You’re comfortable navigating complex conversations that span vision, architecture, revenue, and risk , not just price.
High commercial acumen, forecasting discipline, and comfort working with Salesforce and AI‑enabled sales tools.
You’re skilled at multi‑persona stakeholder management you can reassure a finance leader about numbers, inspire a business owner about growth, and gain the confidence of a technical director on solution fit.
You naturally look for gaps and patterns in how a partner operates and can turn those into clear, commercially compelling next steps.
You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and happy to share what you’ve learned so others can benefit too.

💰 Salary & Benefits
Depending on experience a potential of on target earning salary of up to €140,000.00
Base Salary of up to €84,000.00 annual with Commission up to €54,000.00 (uncapped)
