✨ Lead Azure strategy and execution across the German market
✨ Empower partners through co‑sell programmes, enablement, and technical coaching
✨ Champion Azure best practice and new Microsoft innovations internally and externally
✨ Work cross‑functionally with engineering, pro‑services, sales and GTM teams
✨ Bring clarity, structure and enthusiasm to partner conversations, workshops, and events
✨ Help evolve our regional Azure plans while elevating technical intensity across Pax8

Your work directly accelerates cloud adoption in Germany, strengthens partner capability, and helps shape Azure growth across the region. You’ll influence both strategy and execution — removing friction, inspiring partners, and enabling our teams to succeed at pace.

✔️ Substantial experience in Microsoft cloud, channel sales or Azure‑focused roles
✔️ Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling commercial value
✔️ Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud offerings
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset
✔️ Ability to adapt quickly, navigate ambiguity, and bring people together
✔️ Comfort operating in technical, strategic and partner‑facing environments

Please note that Bilingual Proficiency is essential - you need to have native level German language skills and be fluent English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
