🚀 Why This Role Matters
- You will be the primary expert in business process mapping and workflow redesign—an area that has not existed formally at Pax8 until now.
- You’ll support Pax8’s broader transformation initiatives, including new automation and intelligent workflow programs.
- Your assessments will help partners identify inefficiencies, risks, and the best opportunities for automation and agent‑based solutions.
- You’ll collaborate closely with automation builders, engineers, solution architects, and product teams.
- You will bring clarity, structure, and strong facilitation skills to environments where partners often don’t know how their processes truly work.
🧭 What You Will Do
Lead Business Discovery & Assessment
- Facilitate structured discovery sessions with partner organizations to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals.
- Ask deep, thoughtful questions that help business owners clearly explain how work actually happens.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve consistency, efficiency, and service delivery.
Map & Redesign Business Workflows
- Build detailed current‑state process maps that show how work moves across teams, systems, and tools.
- Design future‑state workflows that incorporate automation and best‑practice models.
- Ensure redesigned workflows align with practical low‑code and automation capabilities.
Drive Change Management & Adoption
- Create change management plans that minimize disruption and support successful adoption.
- Define success metrics and measurable business outcomes, including efficiency gains and improved customer experiences.
Translate Business Needs Into Technical Requirements
- Document triggers, actions, data inputs, logic flows, and exceptions in implementation‑ready formats.
- Partner with engineering and automation teams to clarify requirements and assess feasibility.
Collaborate & Contribute Cross‑Functionally
- Work closely with internal teams to align assessments with Pax8’s automation offerings.
- Share insights that support reusable templates, service enhancements, and future product development.
🧩 What You Bring
Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in business process consulting, workflow design, operational improvement, or business transformation.
- Demonstrated experience creating and redesigning process maps using structured frameworks.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to guide partners through ambiguous or transformational conversations.
- Experience with automation or low‑code tools (example: Power Automate, Make, Zapier).
- Understanding of data flows and integration patterns such as application programming interfaces and event‑driven systems.
- Ability to break down complex workflows into digestible components and provide clear pathways for improvement.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership.

🎓 Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process‑improvement certifications are a plus.
🌎 Work Environment
- Professional office environment with standard equipment.
- Remote or hybrid work requires a secure, private, and reliable internet connection.
- Primarily a sedentary role involving sitting and/or standing.
- Occasional travel (less than 15%) may be required.

💰 Compensation
$120,000 – $140,000, depending on experience.
