As our Automation Solutions Lead, you’ll be the engine behind process improvement and intelligent automation across APAC Operations. Your mission: uncover inefficiencies, design smart solutions, and implement future‑ready workflows that help our teams work smarter—not harder.
You'll combine your analytical and technical capability, with cross‑functional collaboration to transform how we operate.
This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Build internal automations using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, n8n, Azure Foundry, and custom Python/TypeScript logic.
Create AI‑powered agents that improve decision‑making, workflow automation, and efficiency.
Implement secure, resilient workflows with CI/CD, testing, and reusable automation components.
Own the full lifecycle of AI agents — design through monitoring.
Maintain documentation, testing frameworks, and performance baselines.
Set up monitoring and alerting for production automations.
Contribute to shared pattern libraries and standardised workflow designs.
Help refine engineering standards and best practices.
Support experimentation and innovation pilots.
What You Bring?
We’re looking for someone who truly loves automation engineering and AI craftsmanship. Ideally, you have:
5+ years professional experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and/or automation tools like n8n, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry.
Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for APIs, custom automations, and agent frameworks.
Hands‑on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC concepts.
Experience with pytest, Jest, and test‑driven development.
Deep knowledge of Copilot Studio and emerging AI systems.
Ability to build robust apps and flows in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of API integration patterns, webhooks, workflow orchestration, REST/GraphQL.
Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communication, organisation, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into automated solutions.
Power Platform certifications are a definite plus.
