As our Manager of Service Delivery, you’ll lead and develop a team of Provisioning Specialists who play a crucial role in fulfilling partner orders, resolving issues, and driving a seamless experience. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll streamline operations, champion automation, and help us deliver faster, better, and smarter.

This role will be based in our office in Makati, Manila, working a night shift (10:00pm - 8:00am). Employees are required to attend the office 5 days/week.

What You’ll Do?

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Provisioning Specialists.

• Ensure timely, accurate, delight-inducing order completion.

• Streamline workflows and collaborate cross‑functionally to increase automation and touch-less order rates.

• Drive special projects that make meaningful improvements across the business.

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders.

What You Bring?

• Experience managing people (4+ years) and ideally a background in fulfilment / customer service / provisioning.

• Strong business acumen and confident decision‑making.

• A knack for process optimisation and continuous improvement.

• The ability to influence, motivate, and lead teams to results.

• Clear communication, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to navigate challenges with resilience.
