At Pax8 we’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented Partner Experience Billing Specialist to join us in our Riga office! You will lead the resolution of complex billing escalations and shape how partners interact with the Pax8 Platform! Working across teams, you’ll turn insights into action to improve tools, processes, and the overall billing experience for our partners 🚀

As our Partner Experience Billing Specialist - you will be the voice of the partner at Pax8, championing a billing experience that truly puts our partners first. You’ll collaborate across the business to shape smarter, more customer-centric billing solutions that make a real impact 🚀

Let’s look at your day to day as a Partner Experience Billing Specialist:

• Champion the partner voice by owning and resolving billing and platform escalations, turning challenges into positive partner outcomes

• Spot the story in the data by analysing case trends and transforming insights into meaningful improvements to the partner billing experience

• Stay one step ahead by proactively monitoring billing performance through dashboards, data, and close collaboration with Finance teams across the US and EMEA

• Make an impact beyond the day-to-day by contributing to exciting ad-hoc projects that enhance how we serve our partners

• Invest in your growth by building your skills through Elev8 learning paths, Pax8 L&D programmes, coaching, stretch projects, and hands-on experience

You'll be the ideal Partner Experience Billing Specialist for us if you have:

• Reasonable experience with billing, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate invoices to Pax8 Partners
• Excellent customer service skills
• An inquisitive and data literate problem solver, with the determination to resolve issues
• A strong communicator, who can clearly articulate issues to obtain the necessary buy-in and support for rectifying Partner problems
• Able to work within agreed SLAs, keeping stakeholders updated to help rebuild confidence in Pax8
• Previous experience within a Customer Success or experience style role
• Highly organised detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in English and other relevant languages depending on the market

Salary & benefits for our Partner Experience Billing Specialist:

• Salary: €22,000 - €28,000

• Holidays: 20 days

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: between 8am - 6pm local time
