Pax8 is looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager, UK & Ireland to manage and grow our strategic relationship with Microsoft in-region

Based at our Bristol hub (hybrid), you’ll lead the partnership cadence, from monthly performance rhythms through to quarterly business reviews, while coordinating cross‑functional execution across Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Leadership.

You’ll be the conduit between Pax8 and Microsoft; driving joint business planning, unlocking funding and incentives, influencing GTM priorities, and helping our partners win across Azure, Security, and Copilot. This isn’t a role where you sit on the side lines maintaining relationships; it’s one where you actively grow them.

Your Day to Day includes:

🤝 Owning the Microsoft relationship across UK & Ireland: build trust, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, and keep Pax8 top of mind in-region

Run the partnership cadence: lead monthly performance/KPI rhythms and support/drive quarterly business reviews with Microsoft

🧑‍Lead joint business planning: align on priorities, mutual goals, and where to focus time for maximum impact.

🤹 Coordinate cross-functional execution: collaborate with Sales, GTM, Marketing and relevant technical teams to deliver on joint plans.

Report progress and insights: share clear updates, performance metrics, risks, and opportunities with internal leadership and Microsoft stakeholders.

Microsoft ecosystem experience: You’ve spent time working with Microsoft, ideally in an alliance, vendor, channel, or GTM role.

Strategic relationship builder: You’re comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, building trust quickly, and using relationships to create momentum and influence outcomes.

Commercially minded operator: You understand how joint planning, co-selling, funding, and incentives translate into real growth, and you know how to turn strategy into action.

Cross-functional connector: You’re at your best sitting between teams, aligning Sales, GTM, Marketing, and technical stakeholders to deliver shared goals.

Clear communicator: You can distil complex conversations into simple updates; sharing progress, risks, and opportunities in a way leaders can act on!

Comfortable with complexity: You’re used to juggling priorities, navigating ambiguity, and adapting as Microsoft or business strategy shifts.

Right to work: You’re a UK resident with a valid and ongoing right to work.
