Join Pax8 as our new Security GTM Microsoft Benelux, where you’ll help shape how Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across the region adopt Microsoft Security solutions.

If you’re energised by partner enablement, modern security conversations, business development, and creating scalable commercial impact, this role places you at the centre of one of the fastest‑growing areas of cloud technology.

This is a hybrid role based in Zwolle, Netherlands.

This is a highly visible, relationship‑focused role where you’ll guide MSPs through the ever‑evolving Microsoft Security landscape. You’ll represent Pax8 and Microsoft in the Benelux region, helping partners unlock new opportunities, strengthen their security posture, and grow sustainable revenue. You’ll be the go‑to expert for security insights — influencing partner strategy, delivering compelling sessions, and making sure the right conversations happen at the right time.

You will also be joining a rapidly scaling, high‑performing EMEA GTM team where your ideas will be heard, your expertise will be valued, and your impact will be felt quickly.

🎯 What you’ll be doing (Day‑to‑Day)

No two days will be the same, but your work will revolve around:

Partner Enablement & Go‑to‑Market Motion

  • Driving the Microsoft Security motion in the SMB segment by uplifting the sales and marketing capabilities of selected MSPs.
  • Helping partners understand the value of Microsoft Security solutions, enabling them to deliver better outcomes for their customers.

Campaign & Activation Execution

  • Delivering scalable partner engagement using tools like Microsoft Cloud Ascent, workshops, solution assessments, co‑op funded activity, and structured outreach.
  • Generating demand through email, calls, Teams, social media and partner events — and making security conversations compelling and accessible.

Relationship Building

  • Creating strong rhythms of business with MSPs and local Microsoft stakeholders, tracking adoption progress, and implementing the right follow‑up actions.
  • Being recognised as the trusted expert — someone partners come to for clarity, guidance, and practical insight.

Influence & Advocacy

  • Representing Pax8 and Microsoft at GTM events, webinars, roadshows and partner sessions.
  • Translating complex Microsoft Security topics into simple, actionable messages.

🧩 What you bring (Skills & Qualities)

  • Substantial experience across sales, channel engagement, security solution positioning, or business development.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Security solutions (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — especially when simplifying security concepts.
  • A strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and credibility in front of partners.
  • The ability to build trust quickly and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Comfort operating in a hybrid, region‑wide role with lots of external engagement.
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • A security‑curious mindset; Microsoft SC‑900 certification is highly beneficial (and can be quickly obtained if not already held).

💰 Salary & Benefits (Netherlands)

Base salary between €68,000 — €83,000 annual gross – depending on experience

📍 Location & Ways of Working

The role is based in Zwolle, with a hybrid approach.
