In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to resolve technical issues, support platform stability, and contribute to the continual improvement of our operational processes. This role will be based in our office in Makati, Manila, working a rotating schedule (EMEA, AMER, Weekend shifts). Employees are required to attend the office.

What You’ll Do?

  • Solve Technical Challenges - Be the go‑to partner for resolving incidents across hardware, software, networks, and enterprise platforms. You'll take part in incident triage, assess impact, communicate clearly with users, and escalate when needed — all while contributing to our knowledge base to drive better future outcomes.

  • Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly - Support system installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring. You’ll help fulfil access requests, assist with backups and patching, and collaborate across teams to keep our platforms secure, stable, and performing at their best.

  • Improve Processes & Workflows - Help us optimise processes by contributing to change and release activities, supporting system updates, and participating in post‑incident reviews to reduce repeat issues.

  • Grow Our Knowledge Base - Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides to support consistency, faster resolutions, and cross‑team learning.

  • Invest in Your Growth - Pax8 is passionate about developing its people. You’ll take part in structured learning, coaching, and training aligned to ITIL practices—and apply your growing skillset to elevate our service delivery.

What You’ll Bring?

  • 2+ years in IT support or a similar technical role

  • Familiarity with tools like Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, and Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across devices and applications

  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)

  • Solid communication and collaboration abilities

  • Understanding of security basics (MFA, endpoint protection)

  • A growth mindset — eager to learn, adapt, and improve

Great to Have (But Not Required)

  • MS‑900, AZ‑900, SC‑900

  • ITIL® 4 Foundation

  • CompTIA A+ or other entry‑level certifications
