How You Will Contribute
As the Enablement Programs Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner to our revenue organisation and a catalyst for innovation.
You will:
Enable major transformation
Drive adoption of AI, automation, and new sales technologies, helping teams adapt confidently and quickly.
Translate sales theory into practical, repeatable processes — including agentifying sales workflows so methodology becomes actionable and scalable.
Own sales training & methodology excellence
Design, schedule, manage, and facilitate impactful sales training across skills, product knowledge, and workflow capabilities.
Coach sales leaders and teams to improve performance, mastery of tools, and their ability to run their business effectively.
Embed Command of the Message or similar frameworks into daily workflows, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across teams.
Create high‑impact content
Build engaging on‑demand enablement content, including videos, presentations, and LMS‑based learning paths.
Keep content fresh and relevant — running quarterly audits and driving continuous curriculum improvement.
Influence & inspire across the organisation
Bring fresh perspectives to challenge thinking and elevate our enablement approach.
Shape the strategic direction of enablement by identifying high‑impact opportunities and experimenting with new ideas.
Build trust, foster positivity, and advocate for revenue enablement — especially within the UK office environment.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include…
Facilitating high‑energy sales training sessions
Experimenting with AI‑powered enablement solutions
Turning methodologies into automated, repeatable workflows
Auditing and updating sales content across LMS and internal tools
Supporting transformation projects spanning the entire revenue organisation
Observing performance trends and coaching sales leaders
Building scalable digital content (PowerPoint, video, micro‑learning)
Running monthly alignment meetings with sales‑adjacent teams
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have…
Strong experience in training, enablement, or sales development
Experience supporting sales organisations through transformation (automation, AI, product evolution, organisational change)
Knowledge of sales methodologies — familiarity with Command of the Message is a strong advantage
Ability to convert theory into actionable workflows and AI‑enabled processes
Expertise in adult learning theory, LMS/CMS tools, and on‑demand content creation
Experience with Salesforce, Sales Engagement tools, and Conversation Intelligence
Analytical mindset — using data to guide decisions
Creative, strategic, and collaborative working style
Ability to build trust and encourage positivity
Resilience, coachability, and openness to new ideas — essential in a dynamic UK office environment
