How You Will Contribute

As our Senior Channel Account Manager – Norway, your mission is to build and accelerate Pax8’s presence in the Norwegian market through meaningful, consultative partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

You will:

  • Take full ownership of the Norwegian sales cycle — from identifying prospects to closing new business — with the primary goal of driving revenue and increasing Pax8 market share.

  • Leverage your existing MSP network in Norway to quickly create traction, credibility, and growth.

  • Serve as a cloud technology and marketplace expert, understanding partner pain points and aligning Pax8 solutions to resolve them.

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with partner sales teams to co‑create new sales opportunities and joint plans.

  • Consult with MSPs on how to drive efficiency, automation, and recurring revenue through Pax8.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA to share market feedback, success stories, and best practices.

  • Drive your own personal development through Pax8 learning paths, coaching, and on‑the‑job stretch projects.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have…

  • A strong, existing network of MSPs in Norway and the ability to open doors quickly.

  • Channel experience (e.g. distributor, MSP, vendor or similar) in the IT ecosystem.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or account management with consistent target achievement.

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through to closing.

  • Ability to acquire and demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud/business technology products and services (e.g. Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, Security).

  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with a consultative, story‑telling approach to selling.

  • Resilience, drive, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • The right to work and residency in Norway.

  • Ideally, you are located within a commutable distance to Oslo, so you can easily access a future Pax8 office there once opened.

Culturally you’ll be comfortable in, and perhaps come from, a complex, fast growing technology business.

Work Environment (Norway)

This is a remote role based in Norway, as this is our first hire in the country. You’ll primarily work from your home office.

While you will start fully remote, we ideally see you located within a commutable distance to Oslo, as we plan to open an office there in the future which may become your main collaboration hub.

Some travel within Norway and occasional trips across EMEA may be required for partner visits, events, and internal meetings.
