Position: Infrastructure Solution Consultant - Azure (Sales Role)
📍Remote – USA or Canada
💸 OTE: $121K–$210K USD / $147K–$252K CAD


As our Infrastructure Solution Consultant, you will:

Drive the adoption of cloud infrastructure (IaaS) solutions across North America’s MSP community. Your work will directly accelerate how our 40,000+ partners modernize, scale, and secure their clients’ environments with Microsoft Azure and more.


This role is all about high-value conversations, smart pipeline management, and closing deals that truly help our partners grow. If you love cloud tech, consultative sales, and being the go-to expert—this is your playground.


What your days will look like:

☁️ Qualify inbound leads and convert them into loyal Pax8 MSP partners
📞 Follow up creatively (not robotically) to keep deals warm and moving
💬 Conduct killer demos that translate complex IaaS into tangible value
🤝 Collaborate with our brilliant Partner Solutions Engineers to seal the deal
📊 Manage your pipeline like a pro and forecast with precision
🛠️ Troubleshoot and partner on problem-solving with our Service Delivery team
📚 Keep everything neat and tidy in Salesforce, from notes to reporting


To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Bring 3+ years of direct sales experience (ideally B2B, channel, or SaaS/IaaS)

  • Know your way around Microsoft Azure, IaaS, CSP, O365/M365

  • Be confident selling technical concepts and outcomes, not just licenses

  • Crush your quota (and have the track record to prove it)

  • Know Salesforce, LinkedIn, and how to work a cloud sales motion


Within 90 Days, You’ll:

✔️ Complete your ramp and know Pax8’s IaaS line card like the back of your hand
✔️ Have 10+ active sales conversations with MSPs
✔️ Confidently handle inbound IaaS product questions and match needs to solutions


Within 120 Days, You’ll:

🚀 Close your first few deals with Azure IaaS or related solutions
📈 Build a healthy pipeline and start forecasting your wins
🤝 Be a trusted voice within your account teams, educating them on selling IaaS


In 6–12 Months, Success Looks Like:

🏆 Consistently meeting or exceeding quota
🌐 Being the go-to IaaS expert for your territory or region
💡 Helping influence go-to-market strategy based on market feedback
📣 Championing partner success stories that came from your work


Compensation & Perks

🇺🇸 US-Based: $97K–$168K base with OTE up to $210K
🇨🇦 Canada-Based: $117K–$201K CAD base with OTE up to $252K CAD
