How Will You Contribute
In this junior, sales‑support‑focused role, you’ll work closely with experienced Channel Account Managers to support, coordinate, and execute Microsoft Cloud sales motions with our MSP partners across the DACH‑region focus Switzerland.
You will:
- Support the sales cycle – assisting senior CAMs with prospecting, qualification, quoting, and closing activities for Microsoft Cloud, with a focus on Premium and Copilot upsell.
- Help maintain and manage a healthy 30/60/90‑day sales funnel by updating Salesforce, tracking actions, and following up with partners.
- Build relationships with partner sales teams, mainly deutschsprachige Vertriebsteams, helping them organise meetings, demos, and campaigns that generate new opportunities.
- Work with partners to understand their business objectives and pain points, supporting CAMs in positioning cloud solutions that make a real difference to their growth.
- Prepare quotes, proposals and commercial documentation for Microsoft Cloud deals, ensuring accuracy and a smooth partner experience.
- Use Salesforce and Power BI reports to pull data, create simple insights, and highlight trends or opportunities to the CAM team.
- Take ownership of your own learning and development through Elev8, Pax8 University programmes, coaching from your manager and peers, and stretch projects to help you grow into a fully fledged CAM.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have…
- Some experience (or strong interest) in sales, sales support or account coordination, ideally in technology, SaaS or cloud.
- An understanding or curiosity about digital processes and data‑driven business, and how cloud technology helps MSPs and SMBs grow.
- An analytical mindset – comfortable working with basic reports, numbers and dashboards to support decisions.
- Interest or experience in SaaS and cloud solutions – you don’t need to be an expert yet, but you’re excited to learn.
- A willingness to learn how channel sales works (vendors, distributors, MSPs) and how to build win‑win partner strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills – you enjoy working with others and helping everyone achieve shared goals.
- Great organisation and multitasking, able to support multiple partners and internal stakeholders with a sense of urgency.
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills, comfortable on calls and in virtual meetings.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or reading Power BI (or similar) reports is a plus, or you’re keen to learn quickly.
- A true self‑starter mindset – proaktiv, neugierig, mit echter “Hands‑on‑Mentalität”.
Language requirements (Sprachkenntnisse):
- German at native level – this is essential for success in this role.
- Very good business English for internal collaboration across EMEA.
- French is a strong plus
In order to fulfil this role, you should be resident in Switzerland with a valid right to work.

💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 Basic salary: CHF 99K depending on experience
