📣 As our Manager of Security Solutions, you will:
Lead and inspire a squad of Security Solution Consultants to become the rockstars of cloud security sales. Your leadership will drive increased partner adoption of our cutting-edge security portfolio across our thriving Cloud Marketplace—and yes, we’re talking about a 35,000-partner ecosystem with 140+ top-tier vendors.
👟 Every day, you will:
Coach and guide your team to smash monthly goals like they’re outdated firewalls.
Roll up your sleeves to support deals, strategize for top accounts, and stay in touch with our 25 most important partners.
Be the team’s go-to expert on email, endpoint, identity, and more—because threats don’t wait, and neither do we.
Manage the security sales pipeline like a pro: 30-, 60-, 90-day forecasts, pipeline reviews, and accuracy in Salesforce are your jam.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Vendor, Product, and Account Management teams to eliminate inefficiencies and pounce on new opportunities.
Lead energizing team meetings (yes, we said “energizing”), weekly 1:1s, and our Security All Hands session with clarity, drive, and just the right GIFs.
🧠 To thrive in this role, you must:
Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience and at least 1 year in security or SaaS.
Know your way around Salesforce like it’s your second home.
Have a history of exceeding quota—think top 20% performer kind of vibes.
Be ready to interview, hire, and train new security champions.
Speak security fluently—email, web, network, and endpoint—but translate it in ways that make sense to partners and sellers alike.
🏆 What success looks like:
Within 90 days, you will:
Build rapport with your team and meet our top 25 security partners.
Get intimate with our Cloud Marketplace security offerings.
Establish a rhythm with Workboard OKRs and begin identifying coaching opportunities.
By 120 days, you will:
Actively lead sales strategy across regions in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.
Run weekly meetings with confidence and clarity.
Own the forecasting process and lead security deal reviews.
At 6-12 months, you’ll know you’re crushing it if:
Your team consistently hits and exceeds sales targets.
Pax8 partners say your name in a tone reserved only for legends.
You've increased Security product consumption across our partner base and added measurable lift in vendor engagement.

Compensation: Base Salary of $88,200 with On Target Earnings of $147,000.00
