Premier Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a relationship‑driven, high‑impact Premier Partnership Manager to help elevate our partners’ brand presence and drive adoption of the Premier program across the Americas.

🎯 What You’ll Own

As a key voice of the Premier program, you will:

🤝 Partner Engagement & Growth

  • Work with Channel Account Managers to identify and recruit strong Premier candidates.
  • Educate partners on the Premier program and how it accelerates their business growth.
  • Build long‑term commitment models and trusted advisor relationships.

📈 Program Impact & Performance

  • Own KPIs tied to Premier program growth and partner success.
  • Monitor Premier accounts monthly, diagnose performance gaps, and collaborate to solve them.
  • Oversee backend processes to ensure a smooth, consistent partner experience.

🎤 Brand‑Building & Events

  • Represent the Premier program through speaking sessions, events, and partner kickoffs.
  • Support photo shoots, brand activations, and partner enablement experiences that bring the program to life.

🌱 What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: You’re deeply connected with the Americas sales teams and supporting Premier conversations.
  • 90 Days: You independently host Premier events and confidently lead speaking engagements.
  • 6 Months: You are the trusted go‑to partner advisor across the region.

💼 What You Bring

  • 8+ years in sales or account management within technology or cloud‑based environments.
  • Experience closing high‑value ($3M+) deals with confidence and strategic insight.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with an authentic, consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and storytelling ability.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork — bonus if you love sports, culture, and community.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events and partner engagements.

🧩 Working Style

  • Remote‑friendly (U.S.-based)
  • Occasional travel to Denver or partner events
  • High collaboration across Experience, Sales, and Marketing teams

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $105,331 to $150,473 more depending on experience.
