Pax8 are looking for a Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace) (m/f/d) to be the high energy, tech savvy salesperson to join our Pre-Sales Team in any of our EMEA locations! You will be driving solution sales, growing a strong partner pipeline, and exceeding targets. As our Modern Workplace specialist, you’ll accelerate Microsoft and non-Microsoft adoption across EMEA, engage MSP’s creatively, solve partner challenges, and represent Pax8 as a thought leader at key events!

What you will do as a Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace) at Pax8:

You will drive rapid growth of Microsoft and non-Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions and services for MSP’s of all sizes across EMEA. You will keep leads actively engaged through creative outreach, building and owning a strong sales pipeline, and supporting partners with expert problem solving. You will represent Pax8 as a thought leader by delivering impactful presentations at key industry events!

Let’s look at your day to day as a Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace):

• Proactively drive new Modern Workplace opportunities by deeply understanding team goals and vendor strategies

• Supports the full sales cycle with expert consultation, solution guidance, and collaboration with Pax8 ProServices

• Partner closely with Channel Account Managers and Cloud Development Representatives to accelerate strategic accounts and high value deals

• Confidently represent and articulate the full Modern Workplace solution portfolio offered by Pax8

• Owns and optimise the Modern Workplace sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and momentum

• Actively participate in Pax8 and industry events, showcasing expertise and strengthening partner connections

You'll be the ideal Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace) for us if you have:

• Proven success in direct sales roles, ideally within product focused environments

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) ecosystem

• Solid knowledge of MSP operations, workflows, and business models

• Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, high value sales opportunities

• Consistent history of exceeding quota and ranking among top performers

• Proficient in Salesforce with a data driven approach to sales execution

• Exceptionally organised and detail oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects

• Fast learner who can absorb complex concepts and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels in English and other relevant market languages

Salary & benefits for or Solutions Consultant (Modern Workplace):

• **Salary will be dependent on location and can vary**

• Salary: £35,000 - £43,500 Base + £16,000 OTE (uncapped) (UK primary location)

• Share Options after qualifying period

• Designated Office: Bristol UK (primary location)

• Open to other EMEA Pax8 locations - Farnborough, Bristol, Derby UK | Riga Latvia | Frankfurt & Munich Germany | Zwolle Netherlands

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: between 9am - 5:30pm local time (will vary depending on location)

• Hybrid: 2/3 days per week in office
