The Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Champion People Advocacy:
- Coach and mentor Employee Experience Business Partners to support their growth.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational issues and management coaching to build leadership capability.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience.
- Collaborate on career development programs and learning paths.
- Drive Business Impact:
- Work closely with the People and Culture Team to improve processes and programs that support company initiatives.
- Engage leaders in succession planning and organizational effectiveness strategies.
- Leverage Data for Insights:
- Use data to identify trends, propose creative engagement practices, and develop strategies that enhance employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 5+ years as a business partner, with proven ability to lead and mentor others.
- Expertise in People Operations, including performance management, culture, and engagement strategies.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $125,000 to $145,000 more depending on experience.
