What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and code new application features
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot throughout the development process
- Modify and enhance existing software systems
- Analyze potential problems and deliver effective solutions
- Mentor other Software Engineers
- Participate in on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4–6 years in software development
- Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with languages like Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar
- Mindset & Competencies:
- Growth mindset and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate and build partnerships

Compensation
• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $125,000 to $160,000/yr depending on experience.
