What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer II, you’ll design and develop software applications that power our marketplace. You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor other engineers, and bring innovative solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and code new application features
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot throughout the development process
  • Modify and enhance existing software systems
  • Analyze potential problems and deliver effective solutions
  • Mentor other Software Engineers
  • Participate in on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4–6 years in software development
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with languages like Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar
  • Mindset & Competencies:
    • Growth mindset and adaptability
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to collaborate and build partnerships
    • Clear, audience-focused communication
    • Resilience and results-driven approach
    • Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Compensation
• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $125,000 to $160,000/yr depending on experience.
