🌍 Multi-country HR Business Partnering experience and cultural fluency across, ideally across the Baltics and/or Nordics.

📉 Proven experience using data to influence business decisions.

🧭 A track record of commercial partnership with operational or functional leaders.

🤖 The ability to use AI as your thinking partner, leveraging it for insight, strategy, and efficiency.
