🌟 What you’ll be doing day-to-day

🗓️ Lead and deliver a calendar of strategic events across the Nordics, including Pax8-owned events, industry showcases, masterclasses, and community meetups.

🤝 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and senior stakeholders to ensure every event drives commercial impact, generating leads, signing, activating, and upselling partners.

💡 Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table, optimising event experiences, exploring new formats, and leveraging strategic partnerships (especially with Microsoft and other vendors).

📈 Own the end-to-end event process: from planning and budgeting, to execution, hosting, and post-event analysis.

💸 Track and report on ROI for every event, using data to inform future recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Mentor and support colleagues (including more junior team members), sharing best practice and helping to build a collaborative, high-performing team.

🌍 Travel across the Nordics and occasionally EMEA/UK to deliver events and build community.

🤖 Embrace technology and AI—using tools like Cvent, Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, and exploring how AI can enhance event planning and execution.

Sounds like you?

• Experienced event professional - with significant experience in event management

• Channel and digital know-how - comfortable with channel marketing, digital campaigns, and maximising event ROI.

• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity - able to navigate uncertainty, take ownership, and hit the ground running.

• People person - loves building relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and representing Pax8 out in the field.

• Data-driven and detail-oriented - skilled at tracking metrics (MQLs, cost per MQL), analysing results, and making evidence-based decisions.

• Agile and flexible - embraces change, adapts quickly, and uses downtime to learn, improve, and add value.

• Excellent communicator - fluent in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages a bonus), with strong written and verbal skills.

• Tech-savvy - proficient with Microsoft Office, Cvent, Salesforce, Power BI, and open to using AI in day-to-day work.

• Willing to travel - across the Nordics and occasionally further afield for events and team collaboration.

Pax8 Stockholm Office Environment

• Starting salary between 36,250 to 45,000 SEK monthly gross (depending on experience)
