As an AWS Infrastructure Solution Consultant, you’ll be the IaaS expert who helps MSPs and IT providers across North America unlock the full potential of AWS — one scalable solution at a time.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Engage new leads and inbound inquiries with charisma, confidence, and killer follow-through.

  • Sell AWS Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products — from EC2 to Route53 — with a deep understanding of MSP needs.

  • Deliver high-impact demos and close deals, collaborating with Partner Solutions Engineers when needed.

  • Manage a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts using Salesforce.

  • Resolve partner concerns by teaming up with Service Delivery to remove roadblocks.

  • Keep your sales records clean, your partners happy, and your Slack status “crushing it.”

🧠 What You Bring

  • 7+ years of sales experience (bonus points for B2B, IaaS/SaaS, or channel sales).

  • 7+ years working with IaaS platforms — AWS preferred.

  • Working knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, and friends.

  • Understanding of the AWS Partner Network (APN), reseller programs, and how to navigate them.

  • CRM savvy — ideally Salesforce — plus bonus points for LinkedIn ninja moves.

  • A true storyteller who can explain Pax8’s Cloud Marketplace value prop in your sleep.

  • A quota-crusher with a consistent top 10–20% performance track record.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

  • Be confidently running AWS product demos and closing early deals.

Compensation: Base salary targeted at $147,00.00 with On Target Earnings of $183,750.00
