Position Summary: Pax8 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be the primary administrator of Marketo for operational work connecting with Salesforce, overseeing the critical Operational Functions of Marketo and Salesforce integrations including Data Operations (enrichment, standardization and governance), Lead Lifecycle and MQL delivery and integrations on a global scale. This role requires close collaboration with the Salesforce Administration Team to optimize shared data and syncs, supporting global Marketing and Revenue Enablement teams. The Marketing Operations Analyst will report to the Director, Marketing Technology on the Corporate team and work closely with the Manager of Campaign Operations to create scalable and shareable systems across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketo Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Marketo, overseeing all operational aspects including system design, data integration, process definition, troubleshooting, campaign automation, data integrity, and platform enablement.

Data Operations Management: Manage Data Operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all marketing systems.

Lead Lifecycle and Management: Oversee the global lead lifecycle, ensuring efficient lead management processes and alignment with sales teams.

Third-Party Tool Integration: Collaborate with product managers of third-party tools that integrate with Marketo, including Cvent and Bynder, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Salesforce Collaboration: Work closely with the Salesforce Administration Team to optimize shared data and syncs, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms and create recommendations to optimize lead and data flows across systems.

Global Support: Provide support to global Marketing and Revenue Enablement teams, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

System Scalability: Collaborate with the Manager of Campaign Operations to create scalable and shareable systems across the globe, ensuring consistency and efficiency in marketing operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 6 years of experience in Marketo administration, with a Marketo certification preferred.

Understanding of Operational Best Practices, including use of Velocity Scripting, Executable Campaigns, Traffic Cops, Data Operations

Extensive knowledge of and experience with multi-tool marketing technology stacks.

Familiarity with Salesforce integration, Salesforce dependencies, and infrastructure.

Proven experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on Marketo administration.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Salesforce Administration Teams and other stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $114,580 to $143,225 or more depending on experience.
