Senior Compensation Analyst
Department: People Operations

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in building strategies that ensure equity, transparency, and market leadership. Your work will directly influence a high-performance culture where every team member feels valued and motivated.
What You’ll Do
- Design and Maintain Salary Structures: Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to create accurate salary ranges and job architecture across all levels.
- Analyze and Advise: Interpret salary survey data, market trends, and internal metrics to recommend adjustments and ensure equity and competitiveness.
- Drive Strategic Planning: Partner with Finance and HR to develop annual compensation budgets, forecasts, and long-term projections.
- Innovate Processes: Leverage AI-powered tools and create efficiency-driven workflows to elevate operational aspects of compensation management.
- Administer Programs: Oversee annual salary reviews, incentive plans, bonus structures, and equity programs, ensuring compliance with IPO requirements.
- Educate and Communicate: Deliver clear, concise presentations and training to managers and executives on compensation policies and programs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and program design, ideally in a global tech environment with M&A exposure.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Proficiency with tools like MarketPay, Workday, Shareworks, and advanced Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and tackle challenges with curiosity and energy.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar credentials are a plus.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $95,000-$135,000 or more depending on experience
