Senior Benefits Analyst
Position Type: Full-time, Exempt

The Role
- Program Administration & Employee Support (30%)
Manage health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits. Serve as an escalation point for complex employee questions and ensure data accuracy across platforms. - Data Analysis & Insights (25%)
Turn numbers into actionable insights through reporting and benchmarking to guide leadership decisions. - Compliance & Governance (20%)
Keep us compliant with U.S. regulations and assist with global compliance research and audits. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management (15%)
Partner with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service and program success. - Global Projects & Development (10%)
Support international program launches, Open Enrollment communications, and cross-border initiatives.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of progressive benefits administration experience (global exposure is a plus)
- Expertise in U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs
- Advanced proficiency in Workday and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills—you make complex topics simple
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to build trust through transparency and follow-through
- CEBS or similar certifications are a bonus

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $85,000-$104,000 or more depending on experience
