If you're passionate about cybersecurity, love enabling others, and enjoy blending tech-savvy know-how with exceptional communication skills, this is your kind of gig.

As our Ironscales Vendor Ambassador, you’ll be the human bridge between Ironscales and Pax8’s massive Cloud Marketplace (home to 50,000+ MSPs and counting). Your mission? Drive revenue, empower partners, and amplify Ironscales’ presence in the market. You’ll play quarterback for everything from high-impact trainings and product webinars to boosting the sales pipeline and optimizing partner success.


💥 What You’ll Make Happen

As our Ironscales Vendor Ambassador, you will unlock next-level growth and engagement for Ironscales within the Pax8 ecosystem. You’ll turn opportunity into action—and action into results.

Every day, you will:

  • Champion Ironscales across Pax8 sales teams, partner channels, and internal departments.

  • Deliver engaging webinars, trainings, and demos to drive adoption and enthusiasm.

  • Act as a go-to subject matter expert, guiding sales teams through objections and closing strategy.

  • Track and report key revenue and sales pipeline metrics (like win rates and ROI).

  • Get feedback from Ironscales, then turn it into real-time strategy adjustments.

To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Speak “tech” and translate it to plain English (with a smile).

  • Understand the MSP/partner channel like it’s your second language.

  • Be a strong presenter who isn’t afraid of a live demo or a lively Q&A.

  • Know how to measure success with data (sales metrics, win rates, ROI, etc.).

  • Have a hunger to learn new platforms and a head for cloud infrastructure.


🎯 Success Looks Like...

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Conduct your first solo webinar and co-present a sales enablement session.

  • Be the “Ironscales insider” to Pax8 Sales, answering key product and objection-handling questions.

  • Evaluate the sales pipeline and identify opportunities to boost conversions.

Within 120 days, you will:

  • Increase Ironscales opportunity conversion rates by optimizing partner onboarding.

  • Establish baseline ROI metrics and churn trends for Ironscales within Pax8.

  • Get rave reviews from both Ironscales and our internal teams for your collaboration and insight.

By month 6-12, you will:

  • Deliver quarterly performance recaps to Ironscales with measurable results in revenue growth.

  • Own a full calendar of partner enablement content (webinars, demos, training).

  • Be a trusted partner and innovator helping scale Ironscales across the Pax8 Cloud Marketplace.

  • Have experience with churn analysis or building feedback loops for vendor success.

📚 Requirements

Compensation: Qualified candidates will earn a base salary of $90,000.00 with On Target Earnings of $100,000.00
