What You’ll Do
- Lead with Vision:
Own the strategy and performance of our AMER Partner Support teams (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Support Services). Set clear goals, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement through data, automation, and innovation. - Empower Teams:
Build and nurture diverse, high-performing teams. Mentor emerging leaders, create growth paths, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and inclusion. - Elevate Experience:
Champion service quality and partner satisfaction. Use insights and trends to reduce case volume, improve processes, and deliver seamless support across chat, phone, and case channels. - Plan for Growth:
Align resources with Pax8’s strategic trajectory. Forecast team needs, support hiring, and ensure readiness for future expansion.
What You Bring
- 15+ years in customer-facing support roles, ideally in SaaS or IT services
- 10+ years in support leadership, with a proven track record of leading multiple functional teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with support tools, metrics, and performance management
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $196,000-$245,000/yr depending on experience
