🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of Pax8 Academy, aligning with company goals and partner needs.
- Build and scale a best-in-class education center, including self-service content, group learning, peer accountability programs, and premium coaching.
- Champion thought leadership through compelling presentations, videos, and written content that elevate the Pax8 Academy brand.
- Represent Pax8 at industry and company events, inspiring and educating partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver on Academy objectives and long-term plans.
- Oversee international expansion efforts, ensuring global consistency and excellence.
- Foster alignment across internal teams to maximize Academy impact.
🧠 What You Bring:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in managed service provider (MSP) operations.
- 10+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in MSP operational development and consultative enablement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow.
- A flexible, agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you know how to captivate a room and simplify complex ideas.
- A passion for learning, innovation, and helping others grow.

🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $194,000/yr to $242,000/yr depending on experience.
