What You’ll Do
- Service Delivery & Escalation Management (20%)
Prioritize daily tasks, manage backlogs, and resolve operational issues swiftly. Maintain and evolve SOPs and playbooks to ensure timely execution. - Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, and other teams to align operations with regional priorities and initiatives. - Assessments & Process Improvements (20%)
Lead benchmarking efforts, map workflows, and implement friction-reducing improvements. - Team Leadership & Development (15%)
Set goals, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Build succession plans and drive team engagement. - Compliance & Governance (15%)
Ensure adherence to legal, security, and internal standards. Maintain audit-ready documentation and proactively mitigate risks. - Tools & Systems Liaison (10%)
Manage access, track system enhancements, and maintain reference materials for tools like Workboard, Salesforce, Power BI, and Monday.com.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in operations, including 1+ year in a leadership role
- Proven experience in process development, SOPs, and KPI reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort with Lean principles and documenting workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, JIRA, and Monday.com
- Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Certifications like Lean Six Sigma or PMP are preferred
