UX Operations Program Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized UX Operations Program Manager to join our Design team and drive operational excellence across UX Research, Design, and Content. If you thrive in ambiguity, love optimizing processes, and enjoy empowering creative teams to do their best work—this role is for you.

What you’ll do
- Lead UX Program Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that support research, design, and content initiatives.
- Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and use data to drive decisions.
- Manage Resources: Oversee tools, platforms, budgets, and vendor relationships. Support participant recruitment and research report distribution.
- Foster Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align UX efforts with company goals.
- Standardize Practices: Create documentation, guidelines, and governance models to ensure consistency and quality.
- Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs to evaluate UX operations and report insights to leadership.
- Support Growth: Facilitate onboarding, skill development, and knowledge sharing across UX teams.
What you bring
- 5+ years in UX Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
- Deep understanding of UX Research, Design, and Content.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, User Interviews, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Budget management experience and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $101,087 to $144,411 or more depending on experience.
