Senior UX Writer

What You’ll Do
- Lead Content Strategy: Define and implement content strategies that align with user needs and business goals. You’ll shape the story and ensure it’s told consistently across platforms.
- Create End-to-End Experiences: Write and manage content across the full lifecycle—from initial creation to updates—using tools like Figma, Pendo, and Contentful.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and support teams to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience.
- Mentor and Innovate: Guide junior team members, foster collaboration, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our content practice.
- Leverage Research & Data: Use user insights and analytics to refine content and improve usability.
- Champion Accessibility & Clarity: Maintain content guidelines and design systems that ensure clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in UX writing, content design, or content strategy with a portfolio that showcases your strategic thinking and execution.
- Proven experience creating and executing content strategies—bonus points for content operations expertise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for exploring how they can enhance content creation.
- Experience with Agile workflows and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- A strategic mindset—someone who can see the big picture and connect the dots.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $134,385 to $167,982 or more depending on experience.
