🚀 Senior Software Engineer I
- ✅ 5 or more years of professional software engineering experience
- ✅ Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver complex features
- ✅ Experience with AI tools in development workflows
- ✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ✅ Passion for mentoring and continuous learning
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Build end-to-end software solutions: Design, develop, test, deploy, and iterate on features and services that delight our users.
- Lead with AI: Use approved AI tools to accelerate development, from drafting code and tests to documentation and refactoring—always with human-in-the-loop validation.
- Create AI-powered experiences: Collaborate with product and design to build intelligent features like LLM-backed agents, search, and structured outputs.
- Champion quality: Define test strategies, improve coverage, and design for reliability and maintainability.
- Drive technical excellence: Author and lead design reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and guide the team through complex tradeoffs.
- Mentor and multiply: Share best practices, coach teammates on effective AI usage, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Measure and improve: Use delivery metrics to track progress and drive productivity gains.
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $145,000-$170,000 or more depending on experience
