We’re looking for a curious, driven, and technically brilliant Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. If you thrive on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building scalable machine learning solutions that make a real impact—this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.
Position Summary:
The Sr. Data Scientist I designs, develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and improves comprehensive data science solutions. They deliver individual projects based upon deadlines and required deliverables. The Sr. Scientist builds complex models independently and collaborates with other teams to conduct model reviews. They develop and/or provide technical leadership in the development of machine learning models involving the application of new methods with significant technical risk. The Sr. Scientist prepares detailed plans, which may span over a year for complex projects. They determine model philosophy, goals, and objectives, and participate in the formation of project goals, scope, and schedule.

- Architect and deliver end-to-end data science solutions—from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Lead the development of machine learning infrastructure and champion best practices across the team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Create clear, insightful reports and visualizations that tell the story behind the data.
- Stay ahead of the curve by adopting new techniques and technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotations and help troubleshoot critical data issues.
🧠 What You Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a strong foundation in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, keras) and SQL.
- Experience with distributed processing engines like Apache Spark.
- Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models and statistical methods.
- A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex ideas accessible.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver results under pressure.
🎓 Education
- M.S./M.A. in a technical field required; Ph.D. preferred.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $145,000-$170,000 or more depending on experience
