🌟 What You’ll Do
- Co-develop integrated marketing plans aligned with company OKRs, in partnership with the Product Marketing Director.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, backed by deep market research and positioning insights.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and performance reporting, ensuring clear ROI communication across stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between regional and corporate marketing teams to balance opportunities with business goals.
- Champion Pax8’s brand identity across all campaigns and channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by attending key events and thought leadership programs.
🧠 What You Bring
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Proven success in GTM strategy, buyer persona development, and communication planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to pitch ideas and uncover insights.
- Experience with tools like Wrike, Monday, or Asana.
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $97,000 to $120,000, or more depending on experience.
